Nechanice (Bohemia) - Vienna
Review
Son of Bohemian peasants, he arrived in Vienna around 1760 thanks to a Countess who appreciated his talent. He studied with Dittersdorf and was one of the first composers to live in Vienna without a fixed charge, thanks to the sale of his works.
Their symphonies, some in a less intense way, were widely spread throughout Europe. According to the testimony of the time, he played in quartet with Haydn, Mozart and Dittersdorf.
